keep on going

We as music lovers, as well as the musicians we love and follow,  are unique in the fact that we spend the majority of our time immersing ourselves in joy, community, and love.  Whether we are on a stage or in a studio creating, or in the crowd or online forum absorbing and obsessing, we spend our time in our own utopia and are well accustomed to the happiness this brings.  We all have a common bond that brings us together and unites us as family.  Due to this constant feeling of love and joy, we often forget--or worse, overlook-- that there are many of us struggling with darkness lurking just beneath the surface.  The lines can easily blur between this utopia and the real world, and this can and does lead to problems,  especially when it comes to dealing openly and honestly about mental health.  This page exists to shine a light on that darkness, provide easy access to mental health resources, and provide a place for fans and musicians alike to see that you are not alone.  #keepongoing

You Are Not Alone

Written By - Jonny Miller & Dave Pailet

I wish that I could gather up your tears and take the pain away For now just let ‘em out There’s nothing I can say  Everything you wanted for yourself has withered and decayed And your forsaken heart grows colder everyday .

You are not alone You ain’t going through this on your own You’re not alone You ain’t crying all alone

There nothing to replace what you have lost  The future seems unclear But I’ll be by you side If you’ll only have me near.

You don’t need to know what’s gonna come or how it’s gonna be  surround yourself with love  It’ll always set you free.

You are not alone You ain’t going through this on your own You’re not alone You ain’t crying all alone .
